Clay began developing on his own in 2017, brining extensive development and construction expertise to his clients. Previously, Clay spent 13 years in commercial real estate development managing the SE Regional Operations team for a 2.3 billion dollar company managing $380M in revenue. Since then, Clay has managed over $100M in successful new developments. Clay personally oversees every scope of the development process to ensure projects are run efficiently, on schedule, and in budget.
